FireBalls

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Koneczone, a business based in Canada ("Koneczone", "we", "us"), which operates FireBalls. By creating an account or using FireBalls you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FireBalls.

1. Who can use FireBalls

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use FireBalls only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.

2. Your account

  • Keep your account to yourself, and keep access to your email or Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not choose a username that impersonates another person, club or brand, or that is offensive.
  • Tell us at support@koneczone.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Points, not money

FireBalls competitions are for fun and bragging rights. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and are not a prize. FireBalls is not a gambling or betting service, and you must not use it to arrange bets with other people. We may correct points that were awarded in error or earned by cheating. Points from gift balls work the same way. We may remove gifts and their points if they are used to manipulate leaderboards.

4. Your content

"Your content" means the debate arguments, photos, links, captions and comments you post. You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you give Koneczone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and share it within FireBalls, including in share links and preview images, so that we can run the app. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other users have already shared outside FireBalls and copies we must keep by law.

You promise that:

  • you took the photos you upload, or have permission to share them;
  • everyone clearly identifiable in your photos is happy for them to be posted;
  • you do not upload broadcast footage or other material you do not have the rights to. Share a link to it on the platform that hosts it instead;
  • your content follows the rules in section 5.

Linked clips and podcasts stay on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify or Apple Podcasts and are subject to those services' terms.

5. Community rules

Banter is welcome. Abuse is not. Do not post or do anything that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens or targets anyone, including players, referees and other fans;
  • attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar characteristic;
  • contains nudity or sexual content, or sexualises anyone under 18 in any way;
  • shows or encourages violence, self-harm or dangerous acts;
  • shares someone's private information without permission;
  • is spam, a scam, misleading advertising, or promotes gambling or betting;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • is illegal, or encourages illegal activity;
  • uses bots, multiple accounts or other tricks to manipulate votes, points or leaderboards;
  • tries to break, overload or get unauthorised access to FireBalls or other users' accounts.

6. Moderation and reports

You can report a post using the "Report this post" option or by emailing support@koneczone.com. Posts reported by several users are hidden automatically until we review them. We may remove any content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. We are not obliged to monitor everything posted, and content posted by users is their own responsibility, not ours.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on FireBalls infringes your copyright, email support@koneczone.com with: the link to the content; a description of the work you own; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. The service

FireBalls is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the service at any time. Debate questions, fixtures, results and trivia are entered by us and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on FireBalls for official football information.

9. Disclaimers and liability

FireBalls is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Koneczone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content or points, arising from your use of FireBalls. Our total liability for any claim relating to FireBalls is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

You agree to compensate Koneczone for claims brought by others that arise from content you post or from your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using FireBalls at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@koneczone.com. We may suspend or close your account under section 6. Sections 3, 4 (for content that remains shared), 7, 9 and 11 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province in which Koneczone has its principal place of business and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of that province have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. For material changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using FireBalls after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
