Perfect 5 Official Rules
Last updated: October 23, 2026
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Paying for anything does not improve your chances. Perfect 5 is a free skill contest, not a bet: you never stake anything.
1. Who runs it
Perfect 5 is run by Koneczone ("we", "us"), the operator of FireBalls, based in Canada. Questions: support@koneczone.com. These rules work alongside the FireBalls Terms of Service. If they conflict, these rules apply to Perfect 5.
2. Who can win
- You must be 18 or over, and at least the age of majority where you live, when you enter.
- You need a FireBalls account in your own name. One account per person: entries from multiple or shared accounts are disqualified.
- Employees of FireBalls, and members of their immediate families and households, cannot win.
- Perfect 5 is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for making sure you can take part where you live. We may refuse a prize where paying it would break the law.
3. How a week works
- For each Perfect 5 week we choose 5 matches that kick off within 7 days, and show them on the Perfect 5 page with that week's prize.
- To enter, confirm you're 18 or over and accept these rules before the first match kicks off. Then predict the exact score of each match. You can change a prediction until that match kicks off; then it locks.
- The score that counts is the score at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus added time), as reported by our results provider or confirmed by us. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs don't count.
- Your predictions for a match are hidden from other fans until it kicks off. After that, they are public on the Perfect 5 board, with your username.
4. Winning
- To win, every counted match must be predicted exactly right.
- If more than one fan is perfect, the winner is the one who saved their final prediction earliest (the first to lock in a complete entry). If that is still tied, the earliest entry wins.
- A match without a result 3 days after the week's last kickoff (for example, postponed or abandoned) doesn't count. If fewer than 4 matches count, the week is void and no prize is awarded.
- If nobody is perfect, no prize is awarded that week. Prizes do not roll over unless we announce otherwise.
- One prize per week. The prize amount is shown in US dollars on the Perfect 5 page.
5. Claiming and payment
- We tell the winner in the app. The winner must claim within 14 days by confirming their age, country and eligibility, and correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question without help. Unclaimed or ineligible prizes are forfeited.
- We then contact the winner at their sign-in email address. We may ask for proof of age, identity and residence before paying, and pay by a method we agree with the winner (for example PayPal, Wise or bank transfer), normally within 30 days of a valid claim. Any fees or currency conversion are deducted from the amount sent only where we can't avoid them.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
- The prize can't be transferred or swapped, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Fair play
We may disqualify entries, withhold or reclaim a prize, or close accounts for cheating, multiple accounts, automated entries, exploiting errors, or anything else that makes the contest unfair. If something outside our control (such as a technical fault or a wrong result from our provider) affects a week, we may correct the results, void the week, or cancel or change Perfect 5, acting fairly.
7. Publicity and privacy
The winner's username and prize are shown in the app. We won't use your real name or photo in promotion without your permission. We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
