Delete your FireBalls account

• Sign in to FireBalls (the app, or fireballsapp.com).
• Open your profile and tap Edit profile.
• Scroll to Delete account at the bottom and tap Delete my account. Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Email support@koneczone.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and may need to confirm it's you.

• Your profile: username, email address, profile photo, bio, country, favourite club and signature ball.
• Your Fan Zone posts, photos, videos and comments, and your reactions and reports.
• Your debate votes and arguments, predictions, trivia answers, Perfect 5 entries, calls, duels, streaks and points.
• Who you follow and who follows you, the fans you blocked, your group memberships, the gift balls you gave and received, and your notification settings.

Groups you created are handed to another member, so they don't disappear for everyone else.

• Anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or enforce our Terms, such as payment records for Perfect 5 prizes, for as long as the law requires.
• Server logs kept by our hosting providers, which are deleted on their normal schedule.

You can delete any of your Fan Zone posts and comments at any time, remove your profile photo in Edit profile, and turn notifications off. To ask us to delete other data, email support@koneczone.com.
